Thanks for visiting my site. I do my best to make an attractive and complete website, but I have little free time to do it and I have limitations in my written English.

My name is Alfredo Logioia, and I live in Tandil, Argentina. I'm a systems engineer, but currently retired. I've worked developing medium to large-scale applications in the healthcare sector and other fields. I've always enjoyed programming, and I continue to do so even in retirement. I started programming in Fortran for the IBM 1130 using punched cards (imagine what year was!), then Cobol, RPG, DOS Clipper, Visual Basic, SQL Server, C#, VB.NET, and many more...

I always wanted to collect vintage electronics, but I started doing it formally in 2009. My collection is probably one of the most complete in my country, and I'll continue to grow it. I currently have over 300 items, acquired mainly in the US and Argentina, but also from Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, Portugal, Italy, Germany, the UK, France, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, and Japan.

Once again thank you very much for your visit and feel free to contact me if you have any comment.

Best regards,
